It adopts a brand-new four-port impeller design and a special sealing structure to prevent oil leakage from the bearing cylinder. It has multiple national patented technologies and features energy saving, long service life, and wide application. The motor drives the main shaft of the bearing cylinder transmission part to rotate at high speed. At the same time, the rotor rotates at high speed with the main shaft. The material entering the impeller is accelerated by the impeller and then sprayed into the crushing chamber. It collides and grinds with the material lining formed in the crushing chamber, converting the kinetic energy gained by the accelerated material into the energy required for crushing or shaping the material. The material circulates multiple times in the crushing chamber and is crushed and shaped multiple times under the action of the surrounding gas vortex, thereby achieving continuous crushing and shaping of the material. It is discharged from the bottom of the machine to form the desired finished material. This crushing method is called “stone-on-stone”. This mode is mainly used for shaping and crushing stone. In addition, this equipment is also equipped with a “stone-on-iron” crushing mode. Unlike stone-on-stone, after the material is sprayed out of the rotor, it collides with the impact blocks installed in the crushing chamber. The energy gained by the accelerated material is converted into the energy required for collision and crushing with the impact blocks. After the impact, the material is directly discharged from the bottom of the machine. It cannot achieve multiple cycles of crushing in the crushing chamber. This crushing method is mainly suitable for working occasions where crushing is the primary function (to provide a large crushing ratio).

Quick switching between breaking modes
Optimizing the crushing chamber structure allows for rapid switching between stone-on-stone and stone-on-iron crushing modes. The “stone-on-stone” mode incorporates material layer baffles, forming a dense and stable stone layer that yields more cubic finished products even when dealing with medium to high hardness stones. The “stone-on-iron” mode optimizes the installation angle of the impact blocks, reducing energy loss and achieving a higher crushing ratio.
Performance improvement of key components
Key components such as the impeller, bearing housing, and lower part of the machine body have been redesigned: the impeller adopts a four-port design to increase the material throughput and the probability of material collision; the bearing housing adopts a unique exhaust and dust prevention device and sealing structure to prevent dust from entering and causing oil leakage from the lower bearing cover; the lower part of the machine body has been changed from a “well” structure to a “cross” structure to prevent material from clogging the discharge channel.
Intelligent control of thin oil lubrication
It adopts thin oil lubrication and is equipped with an air-cooling system. Controlled by PLC and intelligent instruments, it can realize fully automatic lubrication control and adjustable lubrication temperature, providing more ideal working conditions for bearings.
User-friendly and easy to maintain
The standard configuration includes a self-lifting boom, which is coaxial with the lifting arm for easy maintenance of the impeller and bearing housing; the feed hopper is lifted by a hydraulic jack for easy maintenance; and the guardrail height is reduced to avoid interference when the feed hopper is opened.
