The YK Series Circular Vibrating Screen is a multi-deck screening machine. The motion trajectory of the screen box is circular. It is installed at an angle (usually 15-20 degrees). Material is fed onto the top deck; smaller particles fall through the mesh, while larger ones move forward to the discharge end. It is the final step that determines the commercial value of your product.

• Frame Inspection: We check the side plates for any stress cracks. If found, we do not weld them (which fails again); we replace the plate or use patch plates with rivets.
