The HPT hydraulic cone crusher utilizes an advanced PLC electrical system that continuously monitors the crusher and provides alarms, displaying operating parameters. Operators can monitor the crusher’s operation in real time, thereby simplifying production line operation, reducing operating risks, and improving the safety performance of the crushing production line.
Based on the unique structure of a fixed main shaft and an eccentric sleeve rotating around the main shaft, the HPT hydraulic cone crusher further optimizes the design of its transmission components and lubrication and sealing structures. This results in a higher load capacity, greater installed power, higher efficiency, and lower noise levels.
The HPT hydraulic cone crusher utilizes the principle of laminated crushing to break down materials, resulting in high crushing efficiency and low wear on wear parts. The crushed product is cubic in shape with a high content of fine particles, which can effectively meet the current demand for high-quality aggregates.
The HPT hydraulic cone crusher is equipped with multiple crushing and fine crushing chamber types. By simply replacing a few parts such as the chamber liners, it can be easily switched between different chamber types, better meeting the needs of both medium and fine crushing processes and achieving multi-purpose functionality in a single machine.
With dozens of CNC machine tool production lines, the entire process from steel plate cutting, bending, planing, and milling to painting is digitally controlled, resulting in high processing accuracy. During operation, the HPT series multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher’s motor drives the transmission shaft via a pulley and V-belt. The transmission shaft, through bevel gears, drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate around the main shaft. The eccentric sleeve then drives the movable cone to perform a gyratory motion, causing the movable cone and stationary cone to alternately approach and move away from the crushing chamber wall. The material is continuously compressed and impacted within the crushing chamber formed by the crushing wall and the crushing cone, and the crushed material is discharged from the bottom.
