Unlike traditional feeders that commonly use lightweight trough structures with 16# or 20# I-beams or channel steel as longitudinal beams, the F5X vibrating feeder employs a super-heavy-duty frame structure with large rectangular tubes arranged longitudinally and transversely. This design allows it to withstand high bin pressure and large material impact forces, ensuring continuous feeding.
Vibration intensity, measured in G-force, is a key indicator of vibrating equipment performance. Higher vibration intensity results in greater processing capacity. The F5X vibrating feeder utilizes advanced design concepts and manufacturing processes, achieving a vibration intensity of up to 4.5g, which is more than 30% higher than traditional vibrating feeders. This allows it to handle a larger volume of material compared to traditional vibrating feeders of the same size.
To meet the demands of higher performance and harsh operating conditions such as heavy loads, frequent starts and stops, and variable frequency operation, the vibrating feeder is equipped with the FV Super Power vibrator as its core component. It offers reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and a high degree of interchangeability and commonality of parts, with lubrication maintenance intervals extending up to 1500 hours.
The vibrating feeder utilizes a bar structure welded from a combination of NM wear-resistant steel and ordinary steel, resulting in a long service life, high screening efficiency, and convenient installation and adjustment. The two-stage bar group features a stepped, high-drop design, effectively removing fine materials and preventing repeated crushing, significantly reducing the load on the primary crusher.

The vibrating feeder uses a motor to drive an eccentric shaft located within the vibration mechanism. This shaft is connected via gears to another shaft running parallel to it. When these two shafts rotate, a vibratory force is generated. This arrangement of the shafts causes the resulting stroke to slowly push the material from the feeding end to the discharge end. Simultaneously, the material is screened, resulting in a more uniform particle size. Typically, a bar screen is installed at the discharge end of the feeder. This screen separates materials smaller than the spacing between the bars, while larger materials are conveyed to a crusher.
