The European-style jaw crusher mainly consists of a frame, an eccentric shaft rotating mechanism, a crushing chamber, a safety device, and a discharge opening adjustment device.
The crushing method of the European-style jaw crusher is a reciprocating compression type. The motor drives the belt and pulley, and the eccentric shaft causes the movable jaw to swing back and forth and up and down. When the movable jaw pushes the movable jaw plate towards the fixed jaw plate, the material is crushed or broken. When the movable jaw and movable jaw plate retract under the action of the eccentric shaft and spring, the previously crushed or broken material is discharged from the lower discharge opening of the jaw plates. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the movable jaw of the crusher periodically crushes and discharges the material, achieving mass production.
